Established in 1982, Afflecks has become an icon in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter. Regularly voted a ‘must see’ for visitors to the city, did you know there are 60 independent traders inside?
You can find out more about the traders here.
Manoeuvring your way around the bohemian, maze-like environment
Each floor offers something unique. Whether it’s handmade gifts and cards, rare collectibles, vintage finds, or alternative fashion, there's truly something for everyone— and so much more.
If you are visiting for the first time or visiting again, here’s how to manoeuvre your way around the three floors, starting at the bottom where you can find the longest running shop, the Manchester Shop, famous for its bee products. Hidden around the side, you can find Luna, which has been in operation since 2017 and offers a unique selection of jewellery and accessories.
Support small and local
From fashion statement items to jewellery and unique accessories, Afflecks will leave you wanting more.

You will find the likes of traders such as American Graffitti who is one of the longest reigning traders, 100TAGS, Fred Perry, 369 STARZ, Pop Boutique, Thunder Egg, GRIN, HUK, Sour Cherry and so many more. Be prepared to be wowed by the originality and exquisite time and effort that goes into these items.

Afflecks is filled with creativity, inclusion, and authenticity.

Music lovers
For all things music related, from adding to your vinyl collection, to buying posters or memorabilia of your favourite artists, you will find DUB Merchant, Vinyl Resting Place, and Panic Posters.
And for everything in between, such as the Animaid Café that you will find on the second floor, offering an authentic Japanese style experience, to getting your first piercing at the Studio Afflecks or adding to existing ones, be prepared to spend a full day in here. Getting lost and discovering what this great city has to offer.
Fancy a bite to eat?
The famous Crazy Pedro’s lives around the back of the building, where you are guaranteed to be served with some of the best pizza in the city. Grab an entire pizza or just a slice and find out what you have been missing!
You can also enjoy Third Floor Rising for a well-needed coffee break.

Be sure to tag #VisitManchester when you are next in the city and enjoy exploring this one-of-a-kind place that you will find nowhere else other than here!
