Launched in 2011, Google Arts & Culture is an online platform that gives free access to high-resolution images of artwork  and virtual tours. During this period of isolation, it is still possible to explore some of Manchester’s cultural venues by downloading the app or visiting the website.  

In total, you will get access to over 700 items celebrating the history of Manchester delivered by Manchester’s cultural institutions and by The Museum of Youth Culture in London.  

You will be able to discover exclusive photographs of political leaders, music icons, concerts, LGBT community, and much much more.
