Manchester Pride Festival

​​​​​​Manchester Pride Festival brings thousands of people to the streets of Manchester each year. Manchester Pride is part of a global Pride movement celebrating LGTBQ+ equality and challenging discrimination and the Festival celebrates queer people, culture and expression as loudly and publicly as possible in a refusal to hide in shame.

Taking place across the August Bank Holiday weekend, the Manchester Pride Festival hosts a variety of events, all are free to attend with the exception of the Gay Village Party, tickets for which are on sale now.

SCENE, is a brand new LGBTQ+ Film and TV Festival, and a Manchester Pride Festival Official Partner Event. The week-long festival will run from Friday, 16th August to Thursday, 22nd August 2024, celebrating both new and classic LGBTQ+ cinema and television.
