1. Ethical Sourcing
90% of the menu ingredients are sustainably sourced, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to ethical procurement and responsible food consumption.
2. Reducing Food Waste
Partnering with Too Good To Go to combat food waste and redistribute surplus food to those in need, helping both the community and the environment.
3. Sustainable Coffee
All coffee is sourced from Paddy and Scott’s, supporting Kenyan farmers and providing over 1000 meals to school children as part of their social impact initiatives.
4. Hetty the Hedgehog Initiative
QR codes placed throughout the hotel educate guests on the hotel's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) efforts, promoting awareness and engagement.
5. Beekeeping on the Roof
Two beehives on the 7th floor produce honey for hotel breakfasts, nurtured by in-house beekeeper "Queen Bee Diane," contributing to urban biodiversity.
6. Tree Planting
Through a partnership with DripDrop, a tree is planted for every umbrella rented, with 117 trees planted so far in 2024.
7. Plastic Reduction
The hotel has successfully eliminated 80% of single-use plastics, reducing its plastic footprint and promoting sustainability.

By implementing LED lighting, motion sensors, and awareness campaigns, energy consumption has been reduced by 40%, improving overall efficiency.

10. Green Meetings Package
